    Muy bien, muy bien, con tanto ejercicio hay que asegurarnos que tenemos todos los nutrientes necesarios, y la proteina especialmente.

    Do you just mix the powder with milk or do you have a special protein shake recipe?

      Fabi, I normally mixed with water and add fruit to it. You can also mix it with almond milk 🙂

    Great post.. I don’t drink protein, but I do have a good balanced diet, but I didn’t know it helps your bones be strong. Great info!
