Sometimes life throws curve balls at you where it would be impossible to manage them without having a strong support group. We focus so much on our diets, our gym workouts, post workouts, and latest protein fads, that we sometimes forget to slow down and unwind.
Our mental health is as equally important if not more, but yet we often put it on the back-burner. I am very blessed to have just that type of strong support group. So when I needed to escape from the real world, two of my best friends and I took a trip to the Bahamas, and thanks to another reliable corporate partner in my busy life, I could count on DCA Car Services to get us to the airport and back.
As always, DCA Car was right on time to get our trip started. I love my girls, but when it comes to transportation to and from places, specially when time is of the essence, I need professionals to handle that part of the trip. We got to the airport on time and we were on our way!
The Bahamas are absolutely breathtaking. A quick word to the wise, everything costs a pretty penny there, but the experience is definitely worth it. We stayed at the Baha Mar Grand Hyatt Hotel. It was one of the newest hotels on the island and of course right on the beach. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, we could not ask for anything more. You have to try conch, it is a local treat, I definitely recommend it. After much needed relaxation it was time to come back.
